It is necessary

  • - pork or beef - 500-600 g
  • - bulbs - 1-2 pieces
  • - puff pastry - 350-400 g
  • - fresh mushrooms - 300-500 g
  • - salt - 1.5 teaspoon
  • - pepper - 0.5 teaspoon
  • - raw egg - 1 piece

Instructions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and fry it until transparent. Let the mushrooms go through a meat grinder and add them to the onion. Cook until all the water has evaporated. Then add salt and mix everything thoroughly. We fry for another half a minute and remove from heat.

Fry the meat in a pan until golden brown. Salt, pepper and remove from heat.

Step 2

Now we are preparing the dough. We roll it out to a thickness of half a centimeter and cut it to a rectangle shape. We spread half of the mushrooms on the dough, put the meat and fill with the remaining mushroom mass.

Step 3

Raise the edges of the dough and glue it with a shaken raw egg until you get a "box". Place the dough on a baking sheet with the seam down. We make some figurines from the remains of the dough and decorate the top of the dish with them.

Step 4

In the oven, bake the dough for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees Celsius, until the dough is browned. Then put a sheet of foil on top and bake until tender for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 5

Then put the meat from the baking sheet on a plate and cover with a towel. After 15-20 minutes, the dish can be served.
