Sift flour into a bowl, put jam, sugar, sunflower oil, cinnamon, vanillin. Quench the baking soda with vinegar, put in the dough and mix everything well. Pour in the tea (no tea leaves), stir again. It is necessary that the dough has the consistency of sour cream. To make the tea gingerbread very fragrant, add glitweine mixture while kneading.
