Druzhba is a mix porridge made from a mixture of rice and millet. Previously, this delicacy was prepared according to an old recipe in a Russian oven. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak for 10 minutes. Only need to soak in cold water.

Boil millet for 15 minutes in slightly salted water. Add rice to the millet and cook for another 10 minutes.

Throw rice and millet in a colander, drain the cooking water.

Grease the inner walls of the pot with butter.

Put the cereal mixture in a pot, add salt and granulated sugar. Mix.

Pour the whipped milk and egg mixture over the porridge. The milk should cover the porridge by about 2-3 cm. the porridge will still swell.

Place the pot in a preheated oven. After 30 minutes, delicious and aromatic porridge can be served on the table, spiced with a slice of butter.
