Semolina porridge has been popular with parents of small children, and among adults, too, for several decades. It is prepared at home and in kindergarten, served in public canteens. But how to cook it correctly, i.e. so that there are no lumps? The secret is simple, write down the recipe.

It is necessary

  • - semolina - 4 teaspoons with a slide;
  • - fresh milk - 250 ml;
  • - white sugar - 2 tsp;
  • - butter - 10 grams;
  • - salt - 0.4 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1

The first step is to pour milk into a saucepan and put it on gas. Wait for the liquid to boil.

Step 2

Take clean dishes: glass, bowl, cup. Pour the required amount of semolina into it. Add salt and sugar, mix well.

Step 3

As soon as the milk boils, start pouring a mixture of semolina and spices into it. This should be done carefully, in a thin stream, holding the bowl in one hand. Another is necessary to immediately and intensively stir the mass in the bowl. Remember that nothing good will come of immediately pouring the whole mass into the dishes.

Step 4

After pouring the entire mixture of semolina and spices into the pan, mix everything well again. Let the porridge boil for 3-5 minutes. Add a piece of butter (optional!). Turn off the gas. Cover the pot with a lid. Leave the infusion mass aside.

Step 5

15 minutes after you tried to cook semolina porridge in milk without lumps and turned off the gas, you can already eat it. To improve the taste, you can add oatmeal or cornflakes to the plate, put berries. This is, of course, not necessary. But since it tastes better, then why not ?!
