Semolina is a simple dish that is very easy to spoil. Consistency plays almost the main role in it. And if both children and adults eat smooth porridge without lumps with pleasure, then the lumpy one will most likely have to be thrown away, or recycled.
It is necessary
- - semolina 0.5 stacks (50 ml stack)
- - milk 1 glass
- - salt on the tip of a knife
- - sugar 1 tsp
- - butter 1 tsp
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare food. Pour semolina into a stack.
Step 2
Pour milk into a saucepan and put on low heat. Stir it occasionally to keep it from burning.
Step 3
As soon as the milk begins to boil, pour the semolina into it in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Pour the groats in one go! It is most convenient to use a stack for this. In no case do not add cereals, even if the porridge seems thin to you. This is one of the main reasons for the formation of lumps in semolina. In this case, it is better to cook it longer, so that the liquid boils a little and the porridge boils down. While cooking porridge, it must be constantly stirred so that the grains do not burn and stick together.
Step 4
Continue stirring the porridge. When it starts to boil, add salt, sugar and butter. I put 1 teaspoon of sugar on a serving of porridge, but if you like sweeter, add sugar to taste. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the cereal swells and the porridge thickens.
Step 5
The porridge is delicious on its own, but even tastier when served with jam!
