To prepare semolina porridge, use a pan made of stainless materials. Splash some water on the bottom to keep the milk from burning.

Pour milk into a saucepan, put on a low heat, wait until it boils. Try not to go far from the stove at this time in order to prevent the milk cap from escaping.

Measure out the required amount of semolina, pour a thin stream into the milk that starts to boil, stirring it constantly with a spoon or, even better, with a whisk.

Cook the porridge with continuous stirring for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

It is better to add sugar and butter in portions to each plate, but you can season the porridge with them right in the pan.
