It is necessary

  • –Wheat flour (370 g);
  • –Pure water (2, 5 glasses);
  • –Sugar and salt to taste;
  • - instant yeast (15 g);
  • –Paprika to taste;
  • - vegetable oil (25 g);
  • - onions (40 g).

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the dough for future pancakes. Take a deep container, add warm water, in which you should gradually dissolve the yeast. Put some sugar in the yeast water and mix well. A small amount of foam should form on the surface of the mixture. Add flour gradually, remembering to stir so that no lumps form. Season with salt to taste. Leave the dough to infuse for a while in a warm place.

Step 2

While the dough is infusing, take an onion, peel and chop into small cubes. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, transfer the onion. For lovers of spicy dishes, you can add grated garlic. Next, salt the onion and season with paprika. Cook the onion until soft, about 4-6 minutes, then place the onion mixture in a separate cup and wait until it cools completely.

Step 3

Gently add fried onions into the finished dough and mix thoroughly until smooth. Let the dough sit again for about 5-7 minutes.

Step 4

Pour a couple of spoons of dough into a preheated pan, distribute evenly and bake on each side until golden brown. Place the finished pancakes on top of each other on a flat plate.
