You can cook anything in ceramic pots: meat, fish, vegetables and even cereals. The dishes served on the festive table in pots look very unusual and original.

To prepare a dish, we need:

- potatoes - 7 pieces of medium size;

- pork pulp - 0.5 kg;

- carrots - 1 pc;

- onion - 1 piece;

- salt;

- spices to taste;

- fresh or frozen mushrooms - 100 gr;

- sunflower oil.

Wash and peel the vegetables, finely chop the onions and carrots, put them in a pan with heated oil and fry for 3 - 4 minutes. Grind the mushrooms and spread them to the rest of the vegetables, sauté for a couple of minutes. Then add salt and stir.

Rinse the pork, cut into pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Put in a pot in the following order: first a layer of pork, then fried onions, carrots and mushrooms, and lastly a layer of potatoes. Pour boiled water into a pot so that it completely hides the contents, cover with a lid and put the pot in the oven, cook for 40 - 45 minutes.

To prepare a dish, we need:

- liver - 0.5 kg;

- sour cream - one small jar;

- onion - 1 pc;

- ketchup - 1 tsp;

- 1/2 carrots;

- butter - 1 tbsp. l;

- herbs, spices, spices to taste.

We wash the beef liver, remove the films and cut into pieces or strips. Heat the butter in a frying pan over low heat and fry the liver in it for two or three minutes, and then put the contents in pots. We clean the vegetables, rub the carrots on a coarse grater, and cut the onions in half rings, and also fry them in butter, then put them on top of the liver in pots.

Mix sour cream with ketchup, add salt, pepper and, if desired, greens, mix everything, add a little water and pour out the ceramic dishes. Cover the pot with a lid and place in the oven. Beef liver is cooked for at least 40 minutes, it all depends on the size of the liver pieces.

To make the dish juicy and aromatic, you must follow some recommendations:

- the pots are placed only in a cold oven, which gradually heats up, otherwise the dishes may burst;

- chefs recommend pouring water into empty pots for 45-50 minutes beforehand, and only then lay out the ingredients, so the dish will be more juicy;

- instead of a lid, you can put a piece of any dough on the roast, this will give the dish a special piquancy, and the cake can be used instead of bread.
