Do you have a gala dinner or party and don't know what to treat your friends to? I propose a very simple recipe for making an appetizer - lavash roll with salmon. It is very simple to prepare it, and the original appearance and excellent taste will make your holiday unforgettably tasty.

 - 250 g cheese
 - mayonnaise,
 - dill
 - parsley,
 - 2-3 eggs,

Instructions
Step 1
Spread pita bread on the table. Wash the greens thoroughly, chop finely (you can grind in a blender) and mix with the right amount of mayonnaise. Add two chopped cloves of garlic there.

Boil the eggs, cool and peel. Grate on a fine grater and put in a second layer on pita bread.

Grate the cheese and lay out in the third layer. Grease a little with mayonnaise on top.
