  • kefir - 1 glass;
  • sausages or boiled sausage;
  • egg - 1-2 pcs;
  • vegetable oil - 5 tablespoons;
  • tomato paste;
  • pitted olives;
  • pickled or fried mushrooms;
  • baking soda and salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Stir the baking soda on the tip of a teaspoonful of kefir. Beat the egg with a whisk, salt and add to the total mass. Add flour and mix thoroughly. The thickness of the dough should be such that it falls off the spoon, and does not pour.
