Step 1

Step 2

We take a clean cellophane bag and put half a glass of flour there. Add spices there, whatever you like. Chicken or pizza seasoning works well. Add salt to taste. Close the bag and mix well. The potatoes can stick together, so you need to separate and mix them again.

We heat the frying pan, add oil (not too much of it is required, just so that the chips do not burn). Put the chips on a preheated frying pan, fry until browned and turn over. It is necessary to ensure that they do not burn out and add oil.

We spread each portion of ready-made chips on a napkin so that the oil drips and the chips dry a little. Put another napkin on top and a new portion of chips on it, and so on.

For the sauce, mix 2 tablespoons. sour cream, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 crushed garlic clove in a garlic press, 1 tsp. squeezed lemon and dried or fresh herbs (dill or parsley will do). Serve chilled with the sauce.
