You can cook pita chips with anything, with pepper, herbs, sour cream, mustard, ginger, it all depends on your imagination. The taste of such chips is very unusual, they melt in the mouth, they turn out to be very tasty, a huge plus, they are considered a natural product, unlike the store ones, in which all kinds of dyes, flavors are added, and their only disadvantage is that they are high in calories, like ordinary chips from potatoes.
- Armenian lavash, thin - 1 piece;
- Sunflower oil - 50 grams;
- Paprika to taste;
- Spices (any) - to taste;
- Fresh dill - 1 bunch;
- Sour cream - 100 grams.
- We take a bowl, in it we mix paprika, sunflower oil, sour cream, spices, chop the dill and add to our sauce, mix.
- We take a sheet of pita bread, cut it into squares.
- Grease each square with a sauce prepared in advance.
