Chips are one of the popular snacks today that go well with beer or just as a snack. However, store-bought chips contain many unhealthy preservatives and colors. To preserve your body, you can independently prepare such a dish from thin Armenian lavash in a matter of minutes.
It is necessary
- - thin pita bread;
- - 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- - a bunch of dill;
- - 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - red pepper and salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
In a separate bowl, combine pressed garlic, finely chopped dill, salt, red pepper and olive oil. Spread the lavash on a baking sheet and brush well with the prepared mixture.
Step 2
Let the pita bread soak for a couple of minutes, then use kitchen scissors to cut it into diamonds or squares of any size. Place in a hot oven for a few minutes, until the pita bread is crispy.
Step 3
Cool the finished chips at room temperature. After the necessary time, transfer them to a beautiful plate and serve as a snack. You can add Tabasco sauce to the chips.
