Step 1

To make pizza, take a cup and beat eggs and sour cream into it, mix thoroughly. After that add salt, soda, ground black pepper and, of course, sifted flour. Add flour gradually and stir immediately so that there are no lumps. The pizza dough should be of a liquid consistency, such as medium-thick sour cream.

Step 2

After preparing the dough, we proceed to cutting the filling for it. To begin with, we wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes, or as it is convenient for you, the hostess herself decides here to her taste. Next, cut the pickles (you can rub them on a coarse grater). Cut meat delicacies (sausage, chicken fillet) into thin strips. Cut onions and pitted olives into half rings.

We put a frying pan on the stove and pour a little vegetable oil into it. Immediately, without waiting for the pan to heat up, pour out the dough and drip ketchup or mayonnaise on top. Next, lay out all the prepared ingredients layer by layer. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, cover it with a lid and wait for our pizza to cook.

In the process of cooking, the dough around the edges should become golden brown, and the cheese should melt well. Gently remove the cooked pizza from the pan with a spatula onto a plate and serve.
