It is necessary
- - blueberries 120 g;
- - potato starch 3 g;
- - sugar 40 g;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - citric acid 1.5 g.
- For dumplings:
- - wheat flour 30 g;
- - milk 15 g;
- - egg yolk - 1 pc.;
- - granulated sugar 2 g.

Step 1
Cooking dumplings. Grind the yolk with milk, gradually adding sugar and flour. Thoroughly grind and mix everything, you get a dough. Separate small pieces from the dough with a teaspoon and put them in boiling water. As soon as the dough has surfaced - the dumpling is ready, you can take it out. We do this with the whole dough.
Step 2
Cooking sweet soup. Boil water, add granulated sugar, lemon zest and blueberries. Cook until the blueberries are tender.
Step 3
Dilute the starch in cold water, according to the instructions on the package. Pour the diluted starch into boiling blueberries and add citric acid.
Step 4
Let the mass boil, then turn off the stove. The soup should cool down, put the cooked dumplings in it before serving.
