This sauce goes well with any side dish. It will be incredibly delicious with rice or noodles. And if you also sprinkle cheese on top, the taste of the dish will be simply magical.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of champignons;
- - 1 onion;
- - 200 g cherry tomatoes;
- - 100 ml. cream with a fat content of 35%;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - olive oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and chop finely. Cut the cherry into halves. Place a skillet with olive oil on high heat and let it heat up.
Step 2
While the oil is heating the garlic, peel and cut each clove in half. Fry the garlic in oil for 2 minutes over low heat. Once the oil has absorbed the smell and taste of the garlic, remove it. Put chopped onion in oil and sauté until transparent.
Step 3
Stir constantly while frying. Add mushrooms to the pan and increase the heat slightly. Once all the liquid has evaporated, add the cherry. Mix everything well and simmer for at least another minutes. Next, pour the cream into the pan and simmer again over medium heat for 10 minutes.
