- 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil;

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into small pieces. Put the skillet on fire. Pour in 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. Gently put pieces of meat in hot oil and add seasonings. Fry the meat over high heat until crusty. Then set the skillet aside.
Step 2
Wash the potato tubers in water and peel them. Cut the potatoes into large pieces. Place in a small bowl and stir in salt. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Cut the carrots lengthwise into 4 parts, then cut each part into pieces no more than 2 centimeters in length. Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife. Grind fresh herbs washed under running water.
Step 3
Peel the mushrooms and cut into thin strips. If you are using frozen mushrooms, boil them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Put a frying pan on the fire and pour in 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Place the chopped mushrooms and fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare the pots. At the bottom of each pot, first put the fried meat, then the onion rings, chopped carrots. Lightly add salt. Top with chopped potatoes and fried mushrooms. Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream to each pot. Top with chopped herbs, garlic, add one bay leaf and black ground pepper. Pour boiled hot water over all the ingredients so that it completely covers all the food.
Step 5
Cover the pots with lids and place them in a preheated oven on the wire rack. Cook the dish at 170 degrees for 60 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the pots for another 15 minutes. Serve hot in the pots. Bon Appetit.
