- - mushrooms 400 g;

- - vegetable broth 400 ml;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt;
- - mayonnaise 200 g;
- - cheese 100 g;
- - mustard 1 teaspoon;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the meat, dry it, cut into cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the pork until half cooked. Put pieces of meat in pots, salt and pepper. Combine mayonnaise with grated cheese, mustard and ground pepper. Brush the pork mixture with the cooked mixture.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes. Fry the potatoes in the skillet where the meat was cooked. Then put in pots, brush with mustard sauce. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add to pots.
Step 3
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, the onion into half rings. Fry in a pan. Put in pots, salt. Pour in vegetable broth. Top with the remaining mustard sauce.

Bake the pots for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
