Meat in pots is a very satisfying and tasty dish. Even the most avid gourmets will love it. In preparation, such meat does not require much effort, which allows it to be cooked at least every day. But at the same time, you can prepare such pots for a holiday or celebration - one for each guest.
It is necessary
- • chicken, pork or beef meat -1 kg
- • potatoes -1 kg
- • carrots -1 pc
- • large onion
- • ketchup or tomato paste - 5 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion first.
Step 2
Then, peel the carrots and grate them.
Step 3
The meat is cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Then proceed to frying: first the onion. After that, carrots are fried.
Step 5
Then add meat, spices and salt to the skillet.
Step 6
Add tomato paste or ketchup to it and fry for another 20 minutes (if chicken, then 10 minutes).
Step 7
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Fry it in a skillet until half cooked.
Step 8
Place the potatoes in the pots.
Step 9
Then add the meat. Cover and place in the oven.
Step 10
Instead of a lid, you can grate the cheese on top so that it completely covers the contents, or you can cover with regular dough.
