Delicate chicken terrine with pistachios, impregnated with a pleasant aroma of bacon. It can be served as a cold snack or in the morning you can make quick sandwiches with it.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 2 chicken breasts;
- - 2 chicken thighs;
- - 100 g each of ham, cream of 10% fat;
- - 50 g bread crumbs;
- - 50 g unsalted pistachios;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 shallots;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - smoked bacon, rosemary, black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove skin and fat from chicken thighs. Separate the meat from the bone, cut it into cubes, chop it in a blender. Cut the chicken breasts into large cubes, chop in a blender. Add the peeled onions and garlic, chop again, transfer the resulting minced meat to a deep bowl.
Step 2
Pour cream over the breadcrumbs, stir, leave to soak for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Peel the pistachios, pour boiling water over, let stand for five minutes. Peel off the film, chop with a knife.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, spices, crackers with cream to the minced meat. Beat in an egg and mix thoroughly. Add diced ham, prepared pistachios, stir.
Step 4
Line the pan with strips of smoked bacon. Put the minced meat on top, tamp it. Bake for half an hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Remove the chicken terrine with ham and pistachios from the oven and cool completely.
