Radish is the key to health, good mood, youth and vigor. From this root vegetable, you can prepare a lot of tasty and healthy dishes with amazing taste.
Radish salad
To prepare the salad, the following ingredients are required:
- 100 g of radish;
- 100 g of carrots;
- 100 g of sour apples;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- a clove of garlic;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil:
- salt.
Rinse radishes, carrots and apples well, grate them on a coarse grater and put them in a deep salad bowl. Chop the garlic, mix it with lemon juice and vegetable oil and season the salad with the resulting mixture, salt it.
Radish with cottage cheese
To prepare this dish you need:
- 1 medium-sized radish;
- 100 g of fresh cottage cheese;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream;
- salt, sugar, pepper (to taste).
Cottage cheese must be mixed with sour cream and radish grated on a coarse grater, salt, add sugar and pepper to taste. The dish is ready, if you wish, you can add a little chopped nuts, such as walnuts or hazelnuts, to it.
Radish sandwiches
This dish requires:
- 1 radish;
- 3 slices of rye bread;
- 30 g butter
- salt.
The radish must be washed, peeled, grated and mixed with butter. Apply the resulting mass in a thin layer on slices of bread and salt.
Pickled radish
Pickled radish is delicious. Preparing this dish is not difficult at all. It is necessary to wash the radish, cut off the peel from it, grate it, salt and mix. The next step is to put them under oppression. Place the salted radish in a clean enamel pot, cover it with a lid and press down firmly. You can put a heavy object on top of the lid. Leave for 24 hours at room temperature. After the time has elapsed, transfer the radish to clean jars, cover them with gauze and let stand for another three days. The pickled radish is ready, now the jars can be closed with lids and taken out as needed.
