Radish is a healthy vegetable that contains a large amount of mineral salts and vitamins. Radish dishes can be called dietary, because this vegetable is almost half water.

Step 1
To make a white radish salad, take the beef and rinse it well under cold running water. Place the meat in a medium saucepan, cover with water, salt and heat over medium heat. When the water boils, reduce heat and cook the beef for one hour. Check the readiness of the meat with a fork.

When the beef is cooked, leave it in the saucepan for fifteen minutes, then remove it from the broth and cool to room temperature. After that, take a cutting board and cut the finished meat into strips or small pieces, it doesn't matter.

Take white onions and carrots. Rinse vegetables under cold running water, dry and peel, then cut them. If you cut the beef into strips, cut the vegetables in the same way, otherwise cut them into small pieces.
Step 4
Take a small skillet and brush it with vegetable oil, then heat it over medium heat. When the pan is hot enough, add the onions and carrots to the pan and lightly fry the vegetables. Then place them in a deep bowl or salad bowl.
Step 5
Prepare a white radish for the salad. Wash the vegetable well and peel it, then also cut the radish into strips. Place the chopped radish in a salad bowl with the fried vegetables. Add chopped boiled beef to this.
Step 6
Take two chicken eggs, place them in a small saucepan, cover with water and salt. Place a saucepan with eggs over medium heat, bring to a boil, then cook for 8-10 minutes. Cool the boiled eggs to room temperature, chop them finely or grate them, add the eggs to the white radish salad.
Step 7
Season the salad with the required amount of mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. If you wish, you can add any fresh herbs to the salad or garnish it with a sprig of parsley. Before serving, close the salad bowl with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that the dish is infused.
