  • - eggs - 3 pcs;
  • - sugar - 100 g;
  • - vanillin - a pinch;
  • - butter - 2 tablespoons;
  • - bread crumbs.

Instructions

Step 1

For carrots and apples, remove the skin and cut into small slices. Mix these ingredients and bake them in the oven or steam them. When they are fully cooked, add granulated sugar and blend until puree with a blender.

Step 2

Beat the eggs in a separate cup, then combine them with the cottage cheese. Turn this mass into puree with a blender.

Step 3

Combine cottage cheese and egg puree with carrot and apple puree. Add vanillin as well. Mix everything thoroughly. As a result, you will get a dough that is similar in consistency to liquid sour cream.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. If not, then you can use oatmeal.

Step 5

Put the resulting dough on a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Step 6

When the dish is ready, it should be cooled and then put into the refrigerator. There it must stand for at least 2 hours. After the time has passed, remove the dessert from the mold and serve. The curd soufflé is ready!
