Step 1
Rinse the meat thoroughly in cold running water, remove excess fat if necessary. Cut into small cubes. Heat a skillet and fry the pork in a little olive oil.

Rinse and dry the greens, cut as small as possible. You can use a blender or vegetable cutter. Peel the garlic and cut the cloves in half. Add garlic to the meat and fry everything until the meat is golden brown, add greens, salt and pepper.
