Rice noodles are an excellent source of carbohydrates. Shrimp and green peas are rich in protein and micronutrients. I propose to prepare a hearty and healthy salad from these ingredients according to a simple recipe. It will take no more than 15 minutes to prepare.
It is necessary
- - rice noodles - 200 g;
- - shrimp (peeled) - 200 g;
- - green peas - 100 g;
- - hot chili pepper - 1 pc.;
- - olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - fresh greens - 1-2 branches.
Instructions
Step 1
Immerse frozen shrimps in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. We drain the water.
Step 2
Fry shrimps in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the green peas in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. The pods should remain crisp.
Step 4
Put the rice noodles in boiling salted water and cook until tender (no more than 5 minutes). We drain the water.
Step 5
It remains to combine all the ingredients and mix. Season the salad with olive oil.
Step 6
Finely chop the chili peppers. Sprinkle pepper and fresh herbs on top of the salad.
