Spinach noodles with shrimps are a bright and delicious dish. This appetizer is perfect for a festive family dinner or for the arrival of guests. It is easy to prepare, does not require a lot of costs and time to prepare.
It is necessary
- - peeled shrimps 300 g;
- - onion 1 pc;
- - garlic 1 tooth;
- - hard cheese 100 g;
- - dry wine 50 ml;
- - heavy cream 150 ml;
- - vegetable oil.
- For the test:
- - flour 150 g;
- - egg 1 pc;
- - spinach 100 g;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
For the noodles, wash the spinach, put in a sieve and put in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then grind with a blender in mashed potatoes. Add egg, salt, 2-3 tablespoons of spinach puree to flour and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, sprinkle with flour, fold several times and cut into strips 0, 6-0, 8 cm wide. Allow to dry.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil. Add shrimp and fry for 3 minutes. Pour in wine, boil a little. Pour in the cream and simmer over low heat until thickened. Salt and pepper.
Step 4
Boil the noodles until tender, add to the shrimp with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
