This chicken salad is packed with vegetables and feta cheese. You can take not ordinary cheese, but cheese with the taste of sun-dried tomatoes - this will make the salad even more original. You can adjust the amount of ingredients to suit your taste.

It is necessary

  • - 450 g chicken breast;
  • - 8 glasses of green salad;
  • - 1 glass of cherry tomatoes;
  • - 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot;
  • - a bunch of green onions;
  • - 1/2 cup feta cheese;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of orange juice;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of almond petals;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
  • - 2 teaspoons of vinegar;
  • - black pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Pre-boil chicken breasts until tender, cool completely. Cut the meat into thin strips or use your hands to disassemble it into fibrous pieces. Combine the chicken with torn lettuce and cherry tomatoes.

Step 2

Peel the bell pepper from seeds, cut into strips, add to the chicken. Chop green onions too, peel the carrots, cut into thin strips, send to the rest of the salad ingredients. Add feta cheese (take cheese with crumbs), mix the ingredients thoroughly together.

Step 3

Separately mix fresh orange juice with vinegar and olive oil. Add black pepper and salt to the salad dressing to taste.

Step 4

Pour the resulting dressing over the finished salad, stir. Garnish with dried almonds on top. The dish does not need to be infused; you can immediately serve chicken salad with feta cheese and vegetables on the table. Alternatively, you can prepare salad ingredients in advance, fold into an airtight container, and store in the refrigerator until served. You can do the same with dressing - it can also be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator, because it goes well with various vegetable salads.
