  • - sugar - 200 g;
  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • - milk 2, 5% - 500 ml;
  • - cinnamon - 2 sticks.;

  • - rum - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - whipped cream - for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pineapple lengthwise into two halves. We remove the pulp without damaging the peel.

Step 2

Cut the pineapple pulp into pieces, mix with sugar, grind in a blender.

Beat the eggs, add to the pineapple mass, mix.

Step 4

Put milk on fire, add cloves and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and cool slightly.

Add pineapple puree to warm milk, mix. We put on low heat, stir constantly. Cook until the liquid begins to thicken. Remove the cloves and cinnamon.

Step 6

Pour the mixture into empty pineapple halves, pour over the rum and refrigerate. When the mass hardens, the dessert is ready.
