Cheesecake with orange

For cooking, we need: dry biscuits, butter (or margarine), orange, vanillin, cream or milk, gelatin, cottage cheese. First, prepare the gelatin - soak a tablespoon in a glass of cream or milk until it swells. You can leave in a saucepan on the stove at minimum power and stir occasionally. Grind cookies (170-200 g) in a blender and mix with melted butter or margarine (about 100 g, you can take a little less). You can add bran, fiber, or oatmeal to the sand base to your liking. Knead the base thoroughly with your hands and put in a mold, refrigerate for solidification.

Beat cottage cheese (about half a kilogram) well with a blender, add fresh zest from one orange and juice squeezed from it. Mix well, add cream / milk with gelatin. Stir the mixture thoroughly so that the gelatin is distributed throughout the mass. Pour the filling into a mold on a chilled base, refrigerate for solidification for several hours (it is most convenient to put it overnight).

Decorate the finished cheesecake with chocolate chips and orange peel.
