Shrimp in traditional Chinese hoisin sauce will appeal to those who love sweet notes in their dishes. A very simple and quick recipe for Asian style seafood lovers.
It is necessary
- - 16 large shrimps;
- - 2 lemons;
- - 4 spoons of hoisin (sold in large supermarkets);
- - 3 tablespoons of honey;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - a few sprigs of cilantro for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail (optional). Prepare the marinade in a cup: mix the juice of two lemons, hoisin sauce, honey and the zest of one lemon.
Step 2
Salt and pepper the shrimps, put them in a bowl with marinade, mix well and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200C, put the shrimps on a baking sheet covered with foil. We send the baking sheet with shrimps to the oven for 8-10 minutes, serve immediately, decorating with chopped cilantro.
