  • - lemon jelly - 2 sachets.

Instructions

Step 1

Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Combine the first in a separate bowl with simple and vanilla sugar. Beat the resulting mixture. Then add the egg yolks, but only gradually, and not all at once. Sift the flour and pour it in small portions. When adding these ingredients, do not forget to stir the mass continuously. The dough for the future biscuit is ready.

Step 2

Put the resulting dough into a collapsible baking dish and send it to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until fully cooked. Then divide the pastry into 2 identical cakes.

Step 3

Transfer the gelatin to a separate cup and cover with 5 tablespoons of water. While it swells, combine the sour cream with granulated sugar and beat until the mixture begins to thicken. Place the cream in a loose plate and whisk as well. Then add them to the sugar-sour cream mass. Dissolve the swollen gelatin by heating on the stove, and add together with lemon juice there. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4

Soak the biscuit cakes well with lemon water. Then place one of them in a baking dish and put half of the gelatinous mass on it. Cover it with a second cake layer and brush with the rest of the cream. In this form, place in the cold for about 60 minutes.
