It is necessary

  • - oranges - 3 pcs;
  • - gelatin - 30 g;
  • - bananas - 1 pc;
  • - canned pineapples - 0, 5 cans;
  • - yogurt - 750 ml;
  • - orange juice - 250 ml;
  • - eggs - 4 pcs;
  • - sugar - 1 glass;
  • - flour - 1 glass.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the gelatin into a separate cup and pour over the orange juice. Leave it in this state until it swells, that is, for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

With oranges, do the following: cut them into rings, then remove the peel. Chop the bananas into cubes.

Step 3

This cake will require a biscuit. It's best to bake it yourself. To do this, mix eggs with sugar in one bowl. Whisk this mixture, then add flour to it. Mix everything thoroughly and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool the finished biscuit and cut into cubes.

Step 4

Pour the swollen gelatin into a saucepan and put on fire. Heat it until it completely dissolves. Just make sure that this mass does not boil. Cool the dissolved gelatin and combine with yogurt. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 5

Cover the semicircular cup with cling film. Place the sliced orange rings on the sides of the dish. At the bottom of the pan, begin to lay out the ingredients in the following order: sliced bananas, pineapples, biscuit, and orange mugs. Fill these layers with some yogurt and repeat them again. Put the resulting dish in the refrigerator for several hours.

Step 6

Remove the frozen dessert from the cup and garnish with berries or mint leaves. Jelly cake "Oranges in Yogurt" is ready!
