If you want a cooling and delicious dessert, then this recipe is for you. Orange jelly turns out to be an incredibly tasty and bright treat for both children and adults.
It is necessary
- - 3 oranges,
- - 7 grams of gelatin,
- - 60 grams of sugar
- - 20 grams of whipped cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry three large oranges. Roll the oranges on the table (needed to extract the juice inside the fruit). Cut each orange in half and squeeze out the juice. If you wish, you can use commercial juice, but in this case, the dessert will lose its bright aroma and color.
Step 2
Pour 60 grams of sugar into a small saucepan or small saucepan and add the resulting orange juice. Place a ladle over medium heat and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Add 7 grams of gelatin to the warmed juice, mix well and set aside for five minutes. Stir well again after five minutes.
Step 3
Pour the warm juice into bowls, glasses or cups (any serving container). If you will be decorating dessert, then leave some free space on top of the juice containers. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours (you can overnight).
Step 4
Before serving, remove the orange jelly from the refrigerator and garnish with whipped cream, berries, orange wedges, or your favorite berries (strawberries, raspberries, currants). Serve in portions with a warm beverage (tea or coffee). Store dessert for no more than three days in the refrigerator.
