Fruit and berry jelly takes the first place among all types in terms of the amount of vitamins and organic acids. They can be prepared not only from fresh berries and fruits, but also from jam or jam.

- 150-200 g jam
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp Sahara
- ¼ tsp citric acid
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the jam in a saucepan with three glasses of hot water (750 ml) and put on fire.
Step 2
When the diluted jam boils, strain it, and wipe the rest through a sieve.
Step 3
Add sugar, citric acid to a saucepan and bring to a boil again.
Step 4
Dissolve the potato starch in a glass of cold water (250 ml) and pour into the syrup in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Remove the pot of jelly from the stove as soon as it boils. Pour into portions and refrigerate.
