Fruit jelly is a light dessert that kids and adults adore. It is delicious and at the same time extremely healthy. Jelly can be prepared in different ways and of different types (milk, coffee, multi-layered, multi-colored, with fruits).
It is necessary
- - 2 tbsp. l. gelatin;
- - 4 tbsp. l. pureed black currant jam;
- - 2 cups (200 ml) warm filtered water.
Instructions
Step 1
Today we are going to make blackcurrant jam jelly. First, sprinkle the silicone molds with powdered sugar.
Step 2
Pour the gelatin into a deep container, fill it with warm, but not hot, filtered water and leave it to swell for about half an hour.
Step 3
After this time, we put the swollen gelatin on a small fire, bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a spoon. Set aside the completely dissolved gelatin and add currant jam to it in small portions.
Step 4
Stir thoroughly, filter through a sieve and pour into silicone molds. We put the jelly molds in the refrigerator for several hours. After a certain period of time, we take out the jelly, put it on a plate and the whole family enjoy the rich taste of blackcurrant jelly.
