Kissel is a traditional international dish that, due to its high nutritional qualities, has not lost its popularity for many centuries. For many, it is usually associated with a diet or children's drink. Meanwhile, popular culinary experts use fruit and berry jelly even as a base for baking cakes and pies. Sour biscuits are tall, smooth and very tasty.
It is necessary
-
- 7 chicken eggs;
- 250 g jelly;
- water;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 7 tablespoons of flour
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 glasses of sour cream;
- a can of condensed milk;
- the spoon;
- 0.5 kg strawberries;
- vanillin;
- powdered sugar;
- soda;
- knife;
- mixer;
- whipping containers;
- baking dish;
- baking parchment.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove 5 large chicken eggs from the refrigerator and let them rest for a while to warm up to room temperature. Separate the yolks from the whites and prepare a mixer with a clean metal or glass container. It is important that not even the smallest particles of fat remain on the surface of the vessel.
Step 2
Add 4 tablespoons of sugar to the whites and beat the sweet mixture thoroughly until a white and shiny foam appears. Remove the mixer from the protein mass - it should reach for the broom in the form of a sharp peak.
Step 3
Mash a briquette of fruit and berry jelly weighing 250 g with a spoon so that no lumps remain. Mix the powder with the yolks, add a teaspoon of baking soda, about 5 tablespoons of water to the resulting gruel and whisk the resulting mixture.
Step 4
Sift 5 tablespoons of flour, add to the dough. Continuing to gently stir the mixture, add the whipped egg whites into it.
Step 5
Line the biscuit pan with baking parchment in several layers, then pour the prepared adze into it and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Prepare strawberry cream for the jelly cake separately. Mix all the ingredients in one saucepan: 2 cups 20% sour cream; a can of condensed milk; 2 chicken eggs and 2 tablespoons of flour. Add a pinch of vanillin.
Step 7
Place a saucepan over low heat and simmer the cream, stirring constantly. When the sweet mass thickens, place the container in cold water to cool.
Step 8
Thoroughly rinse 0.5kg ripe fresh strawberries and cut into medium-sized slices. Sprinkle with icing sugar to taste so that the berry juices.
Step 9
Cool the finished biscuit on jelly and cut along longitudinal lines into 3 parts. For convenience, you can use cotton thread rather than a knife. You just have to grease the cakes with cream and put strawberry slices on it. Decorate the top of the pastry with fresh berry halves.
