It is necessary

  • - 175 g biscuit cookies;
  • - 300 ml of milk;
  • - 250 g of pasty cottage cheese;
  • - 200 ml sour cream;
  • - 250 ml heavy cream;
  • - 30 g of white chocolate;
  • - 5 g of sheet gelatin;
  • - a couple of drops of vanilla essence;
  • - berries for decoration as desired.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, we soak the gelatin in accordance with the instructions on the package. Dip the cookies in milk and put them on the bottom of the mold.

Step 2

Using a blender, beat the cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add to the curd mass. Whip 200 ml of cream and mix by hand with the rest of the cream.

Step 3

Heat 50 ml of cream. Drain the water from the swollen gelatin and add it to the cream. Stir until smooth and add to the cream. Spread half of the cream on the biscuit layer.

Step 4

Put a layer of cookies on top again, which we also pre-dip in milk. Cover with the second half of the cream. If we use berries, then we spread them on the curd layer, pressing slightly. Finally, lay out the third layer of cookies and place the mold in the refrigerator overnight.
