Instructions
Step 1
Pour cottage cheese with milk and heat over low heat (but do not bring to a boil).

When the whey begins to separate, discard the mass in a colander lined with a triple layer of cheesecloth. Leave the mixture in a colander until the liquid is completely drained.
Step 3
Squeeze out the curd mass and transfer to a saucepan. Add yolks, butter, salt, soda to the mass and put on low heat.
Step 4
Stir constantly until smooth. Finely chop the dill greens, add to the mass and stir well.
Step 5
Form a slide from the resulting mass, wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Delicious homemade cheese is ready!
