Step 1
Pound cottage cheese with powdered sugar or sugar using a mixer. The taste of the cream will largely depend on the quality of the cottage cheese. Whisk the cream in a separate bowl. Use a mixer or whisk for this. Add cream to the grated curd.

Stir the curd with the cream until a thick, homogeneous mass is formed. It should not creep, let alone spread. At this stage, you can add chopped fresh fruit to the cream.

Now add vanillin and sugar to your liking. Try it, mix thoroughly. Now the cream is completely ready - you can grease the biscuit cakes with it. Each cake, smeared with cream, should be left for a while - so it is more soaked from the inside.
Step 5
The cream turns out to be very light and appetizing, the biscuit decorated with it looks great. For decoration, you can use a pastry bag or a special syringe.
