400 g of canned corn, 2 eggplants, 2 zucchini, 300 g of tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 6 eggs, 500 ml of milk, 2 - 3 tablespoons of flour, 5 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 200 g of feta cheese, vegetable oil, soy sauce, mixture spicy herbs

Step 1
Cut zucchini and eggplants into thin strips, tomatoes into small slices. Peel and chop the garlic. Drain the brine from the corn.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put chopped garlic there, fry. Then add the eggplant, zucchini and corn in turn. Stirring constantly, fry for 5 - 7 minutes. Finally add tomatoes, salt, pepper and spices to taste.
Step 3
Beat eggs until froth, add milk, flour and sesame seeds. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Bake thin pancakes. While they are hot sprinkle them with crumbled feta cheese to melt.
