  • - flour - how much the dough will take.

Instructions

Step 1

All products for the dough should not be cold: eggs, butter and sour cream should be taken out of the refrigerator in advance, and the flour should be sifted into a large saucepan and heated slightly over low heat. This way the dough will come up quickly and be fluffy!

Step 2

Combine all ingredients except flour in a large bowl. Then gradually start adding flour. Knead the dough immediately, first with a spoon in a bowl, then with your hand greased with vegetable oil on a board sprinkled with flour. Knead for about 10 minutes. This will create a smooth ball of dough that will easily detach from the board.

Step 3

Put the dough in a warm saucepan, wrap it up warmly and put it in the warmest corner of the kitchen for a couple of hours. After 2 hours, the dough will rise with a hat.

Step 4

Divide the matched dough into 2 unequal parts: the large one will be the base of the pie, and the upper one will be the bottom. Roll out both parts with a rolling pin, immediately put the large one on a greased warm baking sheet, and cover the smaller one with a towel. This is the first proofing. It lasts 10 minutes. At this point, you should already have the filling ready.

Step 5

Put the filling on the base and cover with a tire on top. Pinch the edges in a patterned way and make several cuts in the upper part so that the cake rises more evenly. Place the cake in a warm place for 15 minutes for a second proof.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the pie in it for 30-40 minutes. As soon as you take the cake out of the oven, cover it with a towel to keep it from drying out.
