Peel the potatoes, rinse thoroughly and dry with a paper towel. Stir thoroughly, fry in vegetable oil until browned, but inside it should turn out to be soft. It will take you about 10-15 minutes to cook the potatoes.

After the potatoes have cooled on a cutting board, cut off the top of each potato and carefully core it out with a small spoon. Otherwise, you can cut the vegetable in half.
