A quick-to-prepare meat pie is good as a Sunday breakfast. The highlight of the pie is the addition of feta cheese. This gives the dish an unusual delicious taste.
It is necessary
- - minced beef (400 g);
- - puff pastry (400 g);
- - unsalted feta cheese (150 g);
- - eggs (3 pcs.);
- - onions (2 onions);
- - vegetable oil (4 tablespoons);
- - parsley (8 leaves);
- - dill (3 branches).
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the pan and fry the minced meat in vegetable oil (10 minutes). We make sure that no lumps form. The minced meat should be evenly distributed over the entire bottom of the pan.
Step 2
Put the fried minced meat in a bowl, and put finely chopped onions in the pan. Fry the onion until golden brown. Add the onion to the minced meat.
Step 3
Add finely chopped feta cheese, dill, black pepper and beaten raw eggs to the filling. Salt and mix well.
Step 4
Divide the dough into two halves and roll out two flat cakes. Put one of them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Distribute the filling evenly. Cover with the second half of the rolled dough and stick the cake around the edges.
Step 6
We bake the cake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Cut the cake, decorate with parsley and serve with sour cream.
