Tangerines make very aromatic desserts. For example, make a delicious cake from this fruit!
It is necessary
- - large tangerines - 5 pieces;
- - flour - 3 glasses;
- - sugar - 1, 5 cups;
- - kefir - 1 glass;
- - butter - 80 grams;
- - one egg;
- - salt, soda.
Instructions
Step 1
Pound the butter with egg and sugar, pour a glass of kefir into this homogeneous mixture (you can replace it with yogurt). Add the tangerines by mincing them along with the skin (but remove the seeds). Add a pinch of salt, stir.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into flour, beat, add a teaspoon of baking soda (extinguish in vinegar). Knead the mixture again, put in a greased pan. Let the dough stand for about forty minutes, then put the tangerine cake in the oven - let it bake until tender at a moderate temperature.
Step 3
Lubricate the finished cake with cream, cover with mastic. Or decorate the cake a little differently: put slices of tangerines and other fruits (grapes, strawberries, kiwi, and so on) on the top of the cake, fill with orange jelly.
