- 2. sour cream of 20% fat content - 400 grams;
- 3. condensed milk - 1 can.

Step 1
Peel the tangerines, divide into wedges, chop them in a blender. You can rub the tangerine puree through a sieve, then you will get rid of the skin and the final product will be softer.
Step 2
Mix sour cream with condensed milk and tangerine puree in a blender. Pour this mixture into a plastic container and place in the freezer.
Step 3
Stir the ice cream every two hours to eventually oxygenate it and prevent ice crystals from forming. Stir vigorously. Then remove the ice cream for the night.
Step 4
The resulting tangerine ice cream can be served with tangerine syrup. To do this, squeeze juice from tangerines, warm it up with a spoonful of sugar. Bon Appetit!
