What could be better on a hot summer day than eating cold ice cream. Ice cream of any taste can be made at home using the simplest products available at your local grocery store.
It is necessary
- - 250 ml of 33% milk cream;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 150 g granulated sugar;
- - 500 g tangerine;
- - 100 ml of water;
- - 1 tbsp. icing sugar;
- - to taste milk chocolate and syrup (tangerine).
Instructions
Step 1
The peeled tangerines are first passed through a blender and then through a sieve.
Step 2
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Rub the yolks with granulated sugar, pour in cold water. Beat the resulting mixture until fluffy with a mixer.
Step 3
Then pour this mixture into a saucepan and put on fire. When the yolks boil with sugar and water, boil the mixture for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, beat the cream and icing sugar until a dense consistency.
Step 5
All the prepared components of the future ice cream: whipped cream, the cooled mixture of yolks, sugar and water, mashed tangerines, mix in a separate container.
Step 6
Send this mixture for 4 hours to the freezer, stirring every hour with a whisk.
Step 7
After this time, distribute the frozen mass into the molds and leave in the freezer until it solidifies completely.
Step 8
Grind the chocolate into shavings on a grater.
Step 9
Pour over the frozen ice cream with tangerine syrup and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
