- - 200 ml of white semi-sweet wine;
- - 100 g of sugar.
- For glaze:
- - 150 g icing sugar;
- - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- - 1 tablespoon of butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Stir in the flour and salt. Beat the eggs until a white foam forms. Dissolve dry yeast and sugar in milk.
Step 2
Put the flour in a bowl. Make a depression in it and pour in warm milk with yeast and sugar. While stirring, add sugar, then beaten eggs, zest and sugar, lastly put softened butter in the dough. Knead and place in a warm place for a couple of hours. While the dough is rising, steam the raisins.
Step 3
Knead the risen dough and add the steamed raisins to it. Grease the molds with oil and put the dough in them, filling 1/3 full. Leave in a warm place for the dough to come up again. At this time, heat the oven to 180 degrees and place the molds in it for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the women from the molds and lay them on their side. Pierce the entire surface with a toothpick.
Step 5
Make a syrup. To do this, simply mix the wine with sugar and boil the mixture for 10 minutes over medium heat. Put the women in the syrup and let them soak well.
Step 6
Make the frosting. Combine the icing sugar with lemon juice and melted butter. Beat the mixture lightly. Garnish the chilled rums with lemon frosting.
