Step 1
First you need to prepare the minced meatballs. To do this, you need to take chicken fillet and bring it to the state of minced meat.

Next, the minced chicken must be added to the minced meat, as well as boiled rice, 1 tsp. spices of your choice, finely chopped onion, salt to taste, 1 chicken egg. Knead all this well and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Now you need to make the dough. To do this, pour flour into a deep cup, break 1 egg and ½ glass of warm water there. Everything should be kneaded, covered with something and let the dough brew for half an hour.

At this time, you need to prepare the broth. When the broth is ready, add salt and pepper to it.

The minced meat needs to be taken out of the refrigerator and small balls rolled out of it.

The dough must be rolled out into a thin sheet and allowed to dry for 10 minutes.
