Scented soup of potatoes, meatballs and noodles "Gossamer" is an alternative option for any family lunch or dinner. It is prepared from improvised products that are most often found in every home. The cooking time for such a soup is no more than 45 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 0.4 kg. combined minced meat;
  • 3 medium potatoes;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 handfuls of noodles (spider web);
  • 1 small carrot;
  • 2 p. water or chicken broth;
  • 1 tsp semolina;
  • 1 tbsp. l. salt;
  • 30 ml. sunflower oil;
  • 4 sprigs of dill or parsley;
  • 1 tsp mixture of peppers.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely with a knife. Put the minced meat in a bowl and knead it with your hands until smooth.
  2. Then add chopped onion, semolina, salt and pepper mixture to the minced meat. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Beat the finished minced meat hard so that it acquires a smoother texture. Then use your hands to form walnut-sized meatballs and place them on a plank.
  4. Pour water or broth into a saucepan, add a little salt, place on the stove and bring to a boil.
  5. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and dip in boiling water.
  6. Peel the second onion, chop finely with a knife and fry in oil until half cooked.
  7. Peel the carrots, rub on a coarse grater and put in a skillet with the onion. Fry the onion-carrot fry until tender and remove from heat.
  8. Put the meatballs in the soup. This should be done only when the potatoes are almost ready. Bring the soup to a boil again and cook with the meatballs over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Wash sprigs of dill or parsley, shake off and chop finely with a knife.
  10. At the end of this time, add the "Web" noodles, vegetable frying, chopped herbs and spices to the soup. Bring everything to a boil again, then remove from heat, cover and leave to stand for about 5 minutes. During this time, the noodles will swell and reach the desired state.
  11. Serve the present soup with meatballs and noodles with fresh vegetables, herbs and, if desired, with sour cream.
