A hearty and nutritious dish for relatives will be cooked pork soup with noodles. It takes a little time to cook.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of pork;
- - 100 g of vermicelli;
- - 4 things. potatoes;
- - 3 pcs. boiled eggs;
- - 1 PC. onion;
- - 1 PC. carrot;
- - 2 pcs. a tomato;
- - 3-4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- - salt, pepper, bay leaf;
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the washed meat into small pieces. Put a frying pan with butter on the stove, put the meat and fry it until golden brown.
Step 2
Put the meat in a saucepan with a volume of 3 liters and fill it with water. We put it on the cooking stove. While the meat is boiling, prepare the dressing for the soup.
Step 3
Finely chop the peeled tomatoes, carrots, onions. Put the onions and carrots in the pan where the meat was fried, give the vegetables a golden color, then add the tomatoes. Cover with a lid and simmer until pasty.
Step 4
Put the finished vegetable mixture in a saucepan. Cut the potatoes into slices and add to the pan to the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 25 minutes. Then add the vermicelli, salt, pepper, bay leaf and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from heat, add herbs, cover tightly and leave for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Cut the peeled eggs into halves and place on a plate before serving.
